Is this reinwardtiana "f" from EP?

But here is a photo of EPs clone F clone which looks identical.

Did MT, get a cutting of EPs clone or vice versa
I'd really like to track one of these down.
I'm in the process of ordering from a vendor right now, who has various red clones.
I'd like to know which clone this is and get "it" if possible.
