Calling all NASC supporters!

For anyone interested in <span style='color:red'>membership, activities or supporting NASC</span>, please go check out the NASC forum. (If you don't know what NASC is, then read the pinned Mission Statement at the top of the forum.)

There are a number of topics active right now as we try to gel the organization a little more, prior to getting our not-for-profit status approved (its coming!).

There are active topics such as:

*Do you want to be a member? Add your name and state.
*Nominate or volunteer for Committee Chairpersons.
*Nominations for officers
*A logo contest
*A marketing brochure up for critique
*Discussion on membership fees
*Discussion on state rescue teams

This is a GROUP effort. We need more than people to take plants and grow them. We need officers and committee chairpeople or there will be no organization. We can't have just member names on a roster.

Please consider taking the challenge of a position. If you have experience...awsome! If not, you can learn!

Suzanne, Can NASC use people from other regions? I live in Michigan and I'm very interested in knowing more.

You can be a NASC member anywhere! We are spread to the four corners of the earth.

Go to the NASC forum and read some of the threads there. The Mission Statement is pinned and that will give you an outline of the goals NASC has set forth.

This is about preserving the plants and their genetic diversity so that future generations can see and grow the same plants we can.

We are currently looking for people to Chair certain committees.
