Bromeliad seed

Hello,

I pollinated some bromeliad flowers a few weeks ago, how/when do i go aobut collecting the seed? The last flowers have just bloomed and died
 
eeeep! i need some help here! Don't want the seed to float away without me getting a chance to collect them!
