Arg! i need help

Hi everyone are you guys having a hard time up loading Avatars? I notice you have to do it my Links now and not just hit browse I tryed adding the link and its just not working for me as one can tell my avatar is a gray square!

if you have using the pft provided space to upload your avatar, it won't show up when you post.
