I don't know what this nepenthes hybrid is, but I think it pretty common. I think it's alata crossed with something else.

coloration seems to come from maxima...

The petrizome (sp?) is distictly vetichii, though...could be a cross of those two.
 
That is a beautiful nep, Alexis! I love it. I hope for a positive ID...wouldn't mind having one myself.
