all plants dying

My Plummeria along with my Crepe Myrtle and other plants are all of a sudden yellowing and dying. The plummeria leaves are falling off of the tree quickly and the crepe myrtle leaves look like they have a black powdery substance on them. All leaves are discolored, have holes in them, or look like they have some other type of fungus on them. I am unsure of how to treat everything, especially since there is such a large variety in the bed.

Usually you can use a systemic spray like Orthonex to kill off mold, fungus, etc. As for the Plummerias, I would assume that they normally lose their leaves at this time of year? I'm not really sure, as I only grow CP's, but my parents have a bunch of Plummerias at their house. I'll check and see how theirs look at this time of year.

How cold did your plumeria get? I froze mine last week.
