A great range of photos and species, but unfortunately not presented as well as it could have been. Does anyone have any more information about the author or his work?

The author is a Japanese gentleman who speaks very little English. He is quite friendly however and answers questions as he can. I can't recall his name but I think I have it in my files somewhere.
