Hi everyone,
I am offering three dormant S. oreophila "Alabama" division lots as gifts. You do not pay anything for the plants and I will ship to you at no cost to you. I am trying to get this plant out into other growers hands and encouraging them to pay it forward when they can. Please read...
Right around the time FlyTrapShop first opened more than 10 years ago, I purchased a S. x Catesbaei from Andrew. Ever since then, the plant has been an "Old Faithful" for me. Never has gotten pests and has survived many conditions. Always flowers in the spring and always grows a healthy crop of...
Haven't posted here in a long time. Life is keeping me real busy, but can't stop me from growing CPs. Recently, I have been getting into Neps, but I don't know how far I will go with that. My Sarrs are looking good now that it's late summer. Wanted to share some pictures. Might do an Oreo...

Hey guys,
I have a lot of left over Sarr divisions that I just do not have space for. They need to go before they begin to emerge from dormancy. I want to make this as simple and fast as possible. I have the following lots available for shipping. Shipping for each lot will be $8.00 via USPS...
Very impressive, Warren.
Funny... I'm getting similar result this year too. Some flower stalks up to almost 2 feet tall. Some pitchers that have opened up of plants that were not repotted are showing some extra color and extra venation than previous years. I'll have to take pictures.
I thought there would be a flower watch thread already. Time to start one! :) Share your flowers!
I wanted to post this video I took today. In all my years of growing Sarrs here in California, I have never seen them be pollinated by the wild critters here. For the first time today, I saw a...
Good advice already given.
Just wanted to say that your plant looks a lot like my northern purp from Canada. :) Fancy little plant.
BTW, hope you're doing well, Warren. About time they gave you the blue name... you deserve it. ;)
Wow, you guys are fast. See initial post to see who got what. I have PMed you all.
Good luck with the HCW x AS divisions, they are fast and vigorous growers.
