The growing media looks too dry in the last couple pictures. My drosera looked like that when I let humidity drop too much once.

My two Haworthias are blooming, and my rescue home depot bromeliad's pup is probably going to bloom soon too. My orchid never does though, since I rarely fertilize it.

My dorm is pretty lax, so I just sat my ballast on top of my aquarium (using a coat hanger for jeans), and put this small temperature controlled container next to it for cuttings. Works for me!
