i have a terrarium and currently i am using a cool white buld and a warm light i believe. well one is for vegatative growth and one is for flowering. which is better to grow nepenthes.? should i use 2 vegatative or "cool white" bulbs.?

i have cut back on the watering a bit. now its about every 3 days, so its not swamped. i read somewhere that its alright to keep it sitting in water, so thats what i was doin.
the humidity is around 75 %
well the leaves are about half the size of what they used to be. the growth has slowed down alot, it still has green leaves but it barley even grows.

well dwight, i went to radio shack to get a universal dc thing that as different voltages you can switch to. i striped the wires off that and put them together and wala. i set the dc voltage to 9, the lower you go, the slower the fan blows.
