    Best way to germinate Drosera Intermedia

    I have been told that the seeds need to be on cold damp peat... So if I place seed on a damp peat pot with seeds on top then place in a zip lock bag for a few weeks, like 8 then bring them out will that do the trick? Noddy

    HI Hcarlton I have had some in the freezer since last week, as an experiment. Proof is in doing I guess. I'll do the fridge too, but I think that's going to take a while... idea I thought was it helps to break down the wax coating ... Anyone else tried to increase the yield this way?

    Hi Ridetsu Yes no stratification is required, however I read that if you do yield increases by 60%... I am testing this as we speak... seeds in the freezer ;-)
