Thank you to the others who have replied, I found this photo from a week or two ago. It's flowering again so I will get a sharper photo either later today or later in the week. What other species develop similar coloration and leaf shapes?
Thanks! I take a lot of photos, some of which happen to be good. I agree with you on the flower, I was looking forward to the actual emarginata and then was kind of confused. I made a post elseware to try to identify it. Here are some more photos.

I purchased it from Sarracenia Northwest. I agree that it is a related hybrid but am not very knowledgeable on the various other species of butterwort. Here are a picture for size and the flower that just opened today. That other one was a bit old and faded, so this one will show more fresh...
About two months ago, I ordered a Pinguicula Emarginata. It has been growing well and has flowered already, however, Hcarlton printed out that it is clearly not an emarginata, since it does not have the ridged flowers like a real emarginata does. I agree. Here is the flower, another flower is on...
:stupid: I forgot! Yes, I made two controls. Including the controls there are 6 plants in this test. They were all moved to this shelf at around the same time, three in the grow light and three under daylight white. Two were given the fungicide to see if it was the fungicide and not just a...
Here's a shot of my young traps growing in my room. They are in 2x2 pots, 9 of which fit perfectly in a regular size tray of Oreos! One strang habit they have it to keep their trap underground and try to open then. some growth should fix this issue. I like the moss.

About a month ago, I added a small amount of Scott's Disease ex lawn fungicide to the water of a few of my sundews to see if they would perk up. Since I moved all of them to a new setup at around the same time, I hsd two under Marshydro LED grow lights and two under daylight white LEDs from home...
I was just checking up on individual plants when I found this! it is on the very end of the flower stalk, and appears to be a new plantlet growing. What I want to know is how? Is it getting nutrients from the stem? Or is it just sprouting new leaves here?
First time I have seen this...
Here are some of the photos I took using the camera I got last Christmas- a Canon Rebel T6. I apologize for the reduced quality since I posted these on Imgur, but they should still look OK.
Are these any good?
Thank You-- TR
Pictures for my simple setup.
Here's what I used to germinate capensis seeds, and am currently growing young Drosera Tokiensis in.
Look for these at Home Depot and pop the bulb off the end.
And here are the rest of my plants (non temperate plants)
The container was more of a way to...
cubicle cube!
Are you planning on using drosera? Those would probably be the easiest. For LED lights, you can get away with a daylight white LED bulb in a standard lamp fixture or a pendant light. I use a 15w Daylight bulb from Home Depot with the plastic ball popped off the front. This is a...
I agree! These are plants that I rescued from Lowes last winter, and they have made a bunch of divisions since then.
Here are all of the ones which were re-potted yesterday and are under two new 24w MarsHydro grow lights. It looked like there were 5 little plants growing together in a pot, all...
Almost two months ago I moved my collection outside. I wanted to do it earlier, but had to find a way to keep birds from destroying my pitchers. They destroyed all the incoming pitchers that were sparked by the increase in sunlight and set them back a few weeks! Anyways, I created a cage...
