I've got both N. campanulata x maxima AW clone (AW means Andreas Wistuba) and N. Caladium which is a grex made by Sam Estes at Leilani Hapu'u Nepenthes Nursery of N. maxima x campanulata. The Wistuba cross is horribly slow compared to Caladium.
Bluemax, this is the cultivar is called 'Carolina Yellow Jacket' which many people have shortened to 'Yellow Jacket'. It is from David Crump and involves Sarracenia purpurea, Sarracenia rosea, and Sarracenia flava in its parentage.
Just because they're in the process of describing it doesn't mean it has been officially described. I'd say posting the name at this point is bad mojo.
Has the species been officially published? If not its considered bad form to make the new species name public. No harm, no foul, just wanted to make you aware. I did something similar after the ICPS conference with a new species that is in the process of being described from Australia.

It's probably blooming early because you didn't provide the bulb cool enough conditions during dormancy. Next year once it goes dormant put it in your refrigerator until you're ready to pot it back up in spring and if its going to bloom again it should be fine.
