I think what impressed me the most was the growth rate of the plants if you pay attention you can see that it is substantial.
Never the less I am currently planning to put one together my self.

You want Vanda merreliana, This plants scent is soo sweet you wont want to be within 10 feet of the plant let alone keep it in your house while its flowering.

Of course evaportive cooling wont work for you, your in one of the most hot and humid places on earth. You need to have dry air inorder for that to work effectively.
