Went on vacation for 8 days and forgot to tell my buddy to water my cp plants. well my one sundew-pitcher-flytrap fell apart. they had recieved tons of rain from sitting outside before i left and i keep them inside with my ac running while i was gone. came home and all the plants soils were dry...

its late and dark out now i will have to see if they are still on my cacti and banana tomorrow afternoon.

hope thats all they are, plus they running around on the side of the house in the sun, so wouldn't they want to be underneath a leaf on a plant and not on the house or porch cement? < mites that is

yeah i looked up pictures and they kinda look like a flea- kinda and like you said i wouldn't beable to see them so easily. they are bright red and look just like a spider. they move alot faster then a small ant does put it that way.. well then i shouldn't have to work about them then- maybe...

they are very small and red and move fast- so thats what a spider mite is am i not right? they only went to my one pitcher plant- didn't bother/crawl on any of the other dozen cps next to it? it has some old/dead leaves so maybe that got there attention?? like i said they are everywhere outside...

i have my cps placed outside and i noticed yesterday that a bunch of spider mites have hatched out from somewhere and they were all over my porch and running around on my cps... any way that they could hurt them???

ozzy gave it to me and told me it was a intermedia sundew and it needed dormancy?

i put a flytrap and sundew in my basement on turkey day and valentines day is coming up and the sundew still hasen't really died back at all? should i leave it dormant longer than normal?

i live in ohio and i have been growing a needle palm in my yard for alittle while and acouple prickly pear cacti for years... i'm going to plant a cold hardy banana this spring next to the canna lily's -cacti and palm i have planted. also looking for other cacti/succulents -yucca's to plant this...
