I don't believe in the notion of 'giant' for this plant
for me it's definitely an esseriana, but you have 2.(look there are 2 hearts)
maybe you should separate them.
I don't think it's too serious.try to reduce watering,
keep their substrate just moist.try taking leaf cuttings, just in case.
here in FRANCE mine are dry in a room at just 10-12°C with good light but no direct sun,
mid May I would take them outside in the shade with watering every 15 days
what kind of species is it?
may be a substrate that is too acidic and overwatered.
what are your growing conditions?
note that even at the moment down in Mexico it is the dry season, the time when the plants are dormant
