I was trying to place the familiarity of the aroma of this scented P. agnata x colimensis flower.
Then it finally came to me; a smell that has been etched into me since childhood...the fragrance of grape flavored Kool-Aid, grape juice or grape popsicles.
If you like the smell of grape...
Wow! That seed pod is huge!
You should get quite a few seeds from that one.
Looks like you have gotten some snow on the ground already.
It's still barren ground here, but maybe soon...El Nino years can be very dry winters for us up here.

It's exciting and encouraging to see the recent interest in Mexi-ping flower pollination and the possibility of new seed grown clones, here on this forum.
Wanted to share some pics of some of my seed grown P agnata x colimensis plants that are now flowering.
This one has some of the...
That is great news J.Gennaro!
With the parentage of your cross, you can expect to have lots of variation in the seedlings.
Best of luck with your seed sowing attempt and hopefully you will be rewarded with some awesome seed grown plants for your efforts.

It hasn't flowered yet and is the first of my heterophylla plants to do the dividing thing.
At around this time when my mature heterophylla plants were flowering, I took the time to...
Thanks guys,
Remember this one from last year around this time?
Here are a few pics of that same Mexi-Ping from earlier today.
Growing in a 4 inch pot.

These are still coloring up, but they'll be fed now and hopefully they'll be flowering by year's end.
Would like to see how another generation of these will turn out.

This P. agnata x heterophylla finished it's flowering.
Here is how it looked one week ago today, indoors.
And here is how it looks today, outside.
It is dividing into two.

Thanks guys,
To be honest, these were just done as an experiment to see what might come from it.
Though the results are promising, a few more generations of selecting favorable traits might result in something quite special.
JC, thanks for the kind words, though you have been a major...
