    Drosera Occidentalis sp Occidentalis Care

I recently acquired a pot of Occidentalis sp Occidentalis Drosera. I plan to keep them indoors with the rest of my drosera under a T5HO fixture at about 16 hours a day of light (using the tray method). Will I need to eventually lower the light levels in order for them to make gammae? Won't they...

The problem is that at about 10 seconds before each auction ended, a "private bidder" bid amounts that were exactly 28 cents below my max set bids. I had a...

Help a beginner with Drosera Filiformis (Florida All Red)

I've lived all over the city of Memphis, and even in the most remote parts of the county (Eads), and all of our water is very low tds. Just skip the aquafina and use our tap water. I also agree that it needs more sun as well, as much as you can give it.

    D. Burmannii media question

Can you successfully grow D. Burmannii in dried LFS? Is it recommended? It seems most people use a peat + sand mix for those little guys.

    Howdy from Memphis

I'm a returning CP enthusiast trying to get back into the hobby. Luckily, Memphis is a great city to grow Sarrs and other temperate CPs. I look forward to reading and learning the vast amounts of information that you vet growers generously post on these forums. I also got back into the hobby...
