    Binata mutating into a multifada?

The leaves look about the same as they always have.. But I did notice that for about 2 weeks all of the new leaves started to turn black as soon as they began to divide and branch out into the 'T' shape that you expect from a binata Then, after that 2 week period, there seems to be a new surge...

    Binata mutating into a multifada?

I have a drosera binata that has been growing very well for several months.. In the past couple of weeks, the newest growth has begun to branch into more than the simple 2-pronged fork as it has since I got the plant The first couple of blades looked odd and irregular... one branch would look...

Looking for Sensitive Plants (seeds or whatever!)

I don't really have anything worth trading I'm afraid... but if any generous forum members have Mimosa Pudica seeds or plants they'd like to share, I'll take back all of the bad things I ever said about you! :-D

Anyone know anything about these products?

I have some orchid fertilizer in the house... But I also have this stuff due to a shipping mix up on one of my orders. So since I already have it... thought I'd see if it could be used.

Highland and Lowland neps in same tank?

Jayson, I keep my 55 gallon tank mostly covered with regular old terrarium canopies. I have 2 terrarium fans in there and the power cords to them cause the canopies to lift a little to let them out in order to be plugged in. The gap in the canopies and the fans allow a little bit of air flow...

thanks jlap i had the stupid worms, etc too... i cleaned out all of my water cuz they grossed me out. So it looks like the heat is coming mostly from your light... Do you think one of those little seedling heat pads would work well to keep temps above 80 at night? Also, anyone else have any...

Highland and Lowland neps in same tank?

I guess what I'm looking for is a detailed description of the terrariums in which you guys keep your highlands and lowlands... details, details, details... I'm starting to think that my current conditions really aren't optimal for either but instead kind of in the middle of both...

Highland and Lowland neps in same tank?

So lemme get this straight... temps around 65 at night and 85 during the day are going to be better for lowlanders? I'll need a cooler evening temp for the highlanders but 85 during the day is ok?

ha.. no hamsters were harmed in the utilization of said hamster cage. I never actually had hamsters. The cage was just some old junk left behind by the previous owners of the house

Highland and Lowland neps in same tank?

I have a 55 gallon tank and want to add a few more neps to my collection The temps in the terrarium range from the mid-to-high 60's inthe evening to the low-to-mid 80's during the day. I have a ventricosa in there that is doing great. It seems like this temp range is kind of right in the...
