hi malowie,at last u came..i posted this thread especially for u..hehe..the media is juz 1:1 peat and perlite in a takeaway container..i have it covered and placed in a cool, bright shade area..then,i keep my mind off it..lol..i did not use rooting hormone but i do treat the cutting with captan...
Juz got back after a few days at my in laws and got a pleasant surprise..i couldn't remember when i took the cuttings but i know i poked the leaves into the media on the first day i got the plants..here they are..
and here are the proud parents..hihi
hope u all enjoy looking.. :)
hehe..its only 4 pots of cephs and hopefully an incoming 3 pots of rooted leaf pullings..i juz leave the pullings in covered takeaway containers in peat, perlite medium on a bright shaded shelf..i dun wanna check on them so often coz the more i checked,it seems like eternity to see them strike..
hi jim,its u again..hehe..i'm not quite sure what are those..but it seems that they are some kind of a flower stalk for the moss that is growing around the ceph..can anyone confirm this?
thanks for the inputs guys..got no choice but to fill the pitchers up coz the enzymes were spilled during shipping..the water won't turn into digestive enzymes so this means i will have to wait for a new pitcher to develop b4 i can feed it with fish food pellets..
