Thanks tin whistle playing cp grower. Does anyone think that Daphnia waste products will constitute nutrient or otherwise poison cps if living in the terrarium. I'm considering reintroducing them!
I noticed that one of my terrariums that had picked up a colony of Daphnia a while back and they didn't seem to harm the plants any. However this time I cleaned it out and sterilised the tank, they didn't return and I've been overrun with algae.
Anyone know what its all about?
Had to add to this one. These parts are generally back to great great grandparents.

I gave a few Capensis to my girl and her family now they want N. Macfarlenei. My Auntie is always looking at my terrarium too. If they don't call you a freak they tend to be in the closet CP'ers.

I have the same shrinking mould problem and let the water dry the other day. Mould has decreased some but the leaf cuttings I took fared no better. Might have to try again with this one!
