Hey, I actually picked up a D. pectinoides at a show last week. The plant is still pretty small but I should be able to remove a maybe 2 inch cutting from one of the growth points if you'd be interested. There's also a germinating seed pod that is in the deli cup with the plant so I might be...
Sorry, I have not been on since the auction. Not sure if this still needs updating or not.
I received payment on time, and the item was shipped. The high bidder did message me saying they got the moss.
I feel like adding another auction since this is all going for a good cause.
Up for auction is a one gallon sized ziplock bag that I shall fill with fresh sphagnum from my property. Not washed, not chopped, it'll be fresh picked and you can do whatever you want with it. It will be mostly live...
Up for auction are my poor, abused S. gigantea cuttings. I've had them sitting in my basement for months, exposed to cold temperatures, not watered, not potted. I'm surprised the dang things are still alive and green! Some of them have started pushing out roots and new growth, so with some TLC...

Lot of species? I saw at least 3 types that looked somewhat distinct. In some other areas nearby here I've seen a different kind growing on straight rock walls that had water dripping down them all summer.
Tradewise? I don't have any specific plant I want really bad, so anything could be...
As long as it doesn't get plowed up and filled in, it should be safe for a long time. I think the property on the other side of the property line is all wetlands as well, so there shouldn't be anyone building houses around either anytime soon.
